2nd picture: 405 x 80 x 33, Built 1970, double hulled 2006. Class:  A+ oil barge. Classed for Grade A and lower. Inland and Ocean going. Last drydock  4-2011. NRT 4852, GRT 8460. 3 centrifugal tanks. Vapor recovery approved by ABS / USCG.
